1. Warping of veneer board: There are many main reasons for the warping of veneer board, mainly including:
① The original paper is pre-impregnated unevenly and has different types of volatility.
② There is no thickness gauge for pressing;
③ The temperature difference between the upper hot pressing plate and the lower hot pressing plate is too large, which makes the curing speed of both sides of the veneer board inconsistent, causing the board to bend towards the side that is faster to dry.
Take effective measures:
① Adjust the pre-impregnation rate of the original paper and prepare the impregnation resin as required;
② Increase the pressing thickness gauge and control the thickness reduction;
③ Adjust the temperature difference between the upper and lower pressing plates so that the temperature does not exceed 4°C
2. Sticking of polishing board: Melamine epoxy resin partially adheres to the polishing board during drying, causing the surface of the veneer board to crack. The reasons are:
① The drying time is too long or the pressing environment temperature is too high;
② There is no release agent in the melamine epoxy resin;
③ The quality of the polishing board is reduced.
