1. Processing of substrate: Generally speaking, the substrate used for stickers is mostly particle density board. For example, apply water cement on the board, scrape putty, spray PU or PE solid color primer, etc. The advantage of full batch water cement is low cost, and its disadvantage is mainly the problem of adhesion. Although putty solves the problem of adhesion with the substrate, we know that most of the putties on the market are single-component nitro putty, and from the perspective of paint matching, it is easy to cause the bottom biting phenomenon caused by the reaction between it and the upper polyester thinner. Spraying PU or PE solid color primer will not cause the above problem. Therefore, it is also the most popular at present.
2. Selection of paint: The effect of sticker furniture is good or bad, first of all, it depends on its transparency, followed by color, fullness, hardness, feel, etc. If the transparency of the paint is not good, it will directly affect the clarity and appearance of the color. Therefore, it is most important to choose paint with good transparency. For example, for primer, we can choose Huarun's PU PD3900, PD3300, PD3600, and PD1500 transparent primers and PE ED3100, ED3300, ED3600 and ED3900 transparent primers, which not only achieve high transparency, but also have good filling power, fullness, hardness, yellowing resistance, polishing and other effects. For topcoat, we can choose Huarun's PU P3600X, P3800X, P3400X and P2800X and PE ED3000, which not only ensure good transparency, but also meet the requirements of film hardness, scratch resistance, fullness, feel, yellowing resistance, etc.
3. Painting process: The quality of furniture and the effect of it not only depend on the quality of the board. The quality of the paint, but also the selection of a reasonable painting process is also very important. Generally speaking, the process of painting sticker furniture can be divided into the following processes:
1. White blank processing. Use 240#-320# sandpaper to polish, remove surface stains and make the surface smooth.
2. Sealing. Use China Resources PS900 primer to seal, and polish after 3-4 hours.
3. Polishing. Use 320# sandpaper to lightly polish and remove wood hair and thorns.
4. Primer. Spray China Resources PU or PE solid color primer to achieve a certain fullness and hiding power, without leaking the bottom, and polish after 5-8 hours.
5. Polishing. Use 320# sandpaper to polish thoroughly, smooth and flat.
6. Sticker. Use wood grain paper, and the sticker should be free of bubbles, wrinkles, and uniform. Apply primer after 24 hours of solid drying.
7. Primer. Spray China Resources PU or PE transparent primer to achieve a certain fullness, and polish after 5-8 hours.
8. Polishing. Use 400#-600# to polish flat and smooth, requiring no obvious sand marks and no bright spots.
9. Color correction. Mix Huarun Shina or color essence with clear topcoat in proportion, spray, require uniform color, and polish after 8-10 hours of hard drying.
10. Polishing. Use 800#-1000# sandpaper to lightly grind to remove surface particles.
11. Glazing. Use Huarun clear topcoat, spray, require filtering, pay attention to dust prevention, and dry after 24 hours.
